The so-called "Castelluccio di Gela" is a medieval castle, probably of the Swabian age, with an imposing and pleasant aspect, dominating the Gela plain.
It has a rectangular plan and two towers on the sides.
In the tower to the east there are the remains of a cistern, while in the west you can admire a chapel carved into the wall.
Inside it is almost completely collapsed.
However, there are still parts of the stables and armory and some residential rooms with remains of a fireplace are also visible.
Although it has been restored, it is unfortunately in a state of neglect.
